Chloe Flower is a classically trained pianist who has played to sold out audiences throughout the world. She is currently working on her debut album,which fuses traditional classical music with contemporary beats. Executive produced by Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds, this ground-breaking album features unprecedented collaborations and creates a new genre of instrumental music featuring spoken word by Deepak Chopra.
Chloe’s musical ability extends far beyond classical music. After moving to Los Angeles, she was featured on rapper NAS’, “A Queen Story,” Celine Dion’s, “Lullaby,” and on Timbaland, Jay-Z, and Drake’s, “Know Bout Me” and “Emotional” with Dej Loaf. In 2011, she opened for Il Volo’s US tour. Chloe recently opened and closed for Mike Epps’ Netflix special, fusing classical with comedy making comedic history.
In addition to producing and performing, Chloe recently composed an international commercial for pianist, Lang Lang, two short films directed by, Annalynne McCord, and scored her first feature film on American Ballet Theatre ballerina, Misty Copeland. The film, directed and produced by Nelson George, debuted at the 2015 TriBeCa Film Festival to a sold out audience. Chloe also composed all of the music for Kevin Hart’s 2015 Nike campaign.
Chloe has partnered with multiple international brands. In 2014, she was featured in the highly publicized Levi’s,”Make Our Mark” global campaign, Armani Exchange’s Fall 2014 “New Jacket” campaign, and Tory Burch’s A-Team for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Using the power of music, Chloe has brought much needed awareness to music education AND the human trafficking epidemic. In 2012, Chloe gave her first speech on human trafficking and music education at the United Nations’ CTUAN Conference. In 2013, she served as a panelist for the United Nations Office of Drugs and Crime human trafficking panel. And in 2014, Chloe performed and spoke along side the President of the General Assembly, John Ashe and UN Secretary General, Ban Ki Moon, for the historic launch of the first ever World Day Against the Trafficking in Persons.
Chloe has also spoken and performed for Deepak Chopra’s Sages & Scientists symposium. Chloe also partnered with LA County Detention, Probation, and Foster Agency on a music education program for at risk youth.
In 2013, Jada Pinkett-Smith and Lisa Ling presented Chloe with the Creative Coalition Award for Outstanding Achievement in the fight against human trafficking at the CAST 2nd annual gala. Previous winners were the United Nations and GUCCI. She serves on the board of The Lamp Project, The California State Summer School for the Arts, and works closely with Not For Sale, GEMS, IMJ, CAST, Unlikely Heroes, Redlight, and many other human rights organizations. Chloe is currently planning a speaking tour with two-time Nobel Prize in Neurology nominee, Rudolph Tanzi on music and the brain.
